IPCVAI Days 2026

Welcome to the IPCVAI Days, a two-day event bringing together current students, alumni, academics, and industry representatives in the fields of image processing and computer vision.

This event aims to foster scientific exchange, showcase student research, and strengthen connections between academia and industry within the Erasmus Mundus IPCV community.

 

Registration

Deadline: May 5th, 2026

Participation in the event is free of charge, but registration is mandatory.

Event overview

Day 1 – Students (M1 & M2)
Dedicated to student research, including poster sessions, short presentations, and keynote talks.

Day 2 – Alumni & Industry
Focused on career perspectives, featuring alumni talks, panel discussions, and networking sessions with professionals.

 
Participation

Alumni Presentations

All alumni wishing to present their career path since graduation are invited to submit an abstract outlining their proposed presentation.

Selected alumni will receive a €300 support grant to attend the event.

M2 Poster presentation

Each current Master 2 student is required to submit a poster presenting their Master’s thesis by May 25th.

Students will also need to prepare a 5-minute presentation supported by 1–2 slides.

Panel Discussions

There will be two panel discussions: one focused on careers in industry and the other on academic careers.

Selected alumni will serve as panelists, sharing their experiences and answering questions from current students.

 

Practical information

- Coffee break and lunches will be provided during the event.

- Participants are responsible for arranging their own accommodation. Recommended options may be shared after registration.

- Travel and accommodation costs are at the participants' expense. A 300€ support grant is available for selected alumni speakers only.
